The Beat-Sonic Heritage
From Vision to Reality: Tsutomu Totani and the Birth of Beat-Sonic
In the early 1990s, Tsutomu Totani, an electronics and audio-visual visionary, set out to transform customer experiences in car audio. With a background in a leading electronics firm, Totani's passion for innovation led him to develop the world's first audio-synchronized vibration system for a major Japanese motor corporation's exhibit at the 1989 World Design Expo in Nagoya, Japan. This success paved the way for Beat-Sonic, a company focused on creating unique and emotionally engaging products.
Pioneering Car Audio and Video Accessories Since 1991
Building on this foundation, Beat-Sonic started in 1991 as a small car audio installation business in Aichi prefecture and has grown into Japan’s leading supplier of car audio parts and accessories. Our success comes from using OEM components, high-grade Japanese parts, and strong ties with top automobile manufacturers. This ensures our products are easy to install, perform flawlessly, and offer years of reliable operation.
